- Arrive at school at 8.30am. This will give us time to get into our excursion groups, sort our recess and lunch, go the toilet and walk out to the bus. We will be leaving our classroom to walk to the bus at 8.50.
- Are wearing their school uniform and sensible walking shoes.
- Bring their hat, water bottle and school jacket/ jumper to school with their name clearly labelled on all items.
- Bring a disposable morning tea and lunch. Please note we will not be doing shared fruit on this day. Please make sure their recess and lunch are packed in a separate plastic bag or snap lock bag with their name clearly marked on each. On the day we will have a basket for children to put their recess and a basket for their lunch.
We should arrive back at school by approximately 2.00. We are looking forward to a fantastic day together. Thanks again to our wonderful parent helpers for volunteering their time. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask me.
