Our Excursion

We went on our special excursion today to the shops. While we walked to the shops we were spotting numbers and shapes everywhere! We found them on houses, cars, letter boxes, rubbish bins, number plates, road signs, for sale signs and lots more.

When we got to the shops we went to the vet. We saw a cat called Tiger and even got to pat him, but he was a little bit shy. The lady that worked there even let the kids stand on the scales and look at the numbers.

Then we walked around to the other side of the shops and started writing some numbers and shapes that we saw along the way on our clipboards. 

After that we went into IGA and bought a Freddo and a stamp with our money. We ate our delicious Freddos while we waited for our friends. Then we put the stamps on our letters and posted them in the post box. 

We had a fantastic morning and were very tired by the time we got back!  I hope the kids tell you all about it tonight. Don't forget to get them to check their letter boxes on Monday.
